Stage 1: Lead Capture

  1. Receive inquiry (web, phone, email, social)
  2. Register customer contact
  3. Qualify lead
  4. Give rough estimate
  5. Schedule follow-up meeting

Stage 2: Site Assessment

  1. Schedule appointment
  2. Navigate to visit
  3. Assess site, take measurements
  4. Interview client
  5. Document floor plan
  6. Summarize scope of work

Stage 3: Quotation Preparation

  1. Estimate work packages
  2. Get subcontractor bids
  3. Add materials and markup
  4. AI quotation evaluation
  5. Set final price

Stage 4: Contract

  1. Draft contract
  2. Send to customer portal
  3. Digital signing
  4. Archive signed contract
